Free Runner Campaign – Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Customers who make a purchase of products totalling AED 1999 or more (excluding shipping costs) are eligible to receive a free runner.
• The offer includes only 18 selected runners/carpets, from which customers must choose.
• Qualifying Products: Customers may purchase carpets, cushions, or a combination of both to qualify for the promotion.
• Free Item: For every AED 1999 spent on qualifying products, customers will receive a complimentary carpet.
• Returns and Cancellations: If a customer chooses to cancel their order or initiate a return, they are required also to return the free runner received as part of this promotion.
• If the customer fails to return the free runner during the return process, the actual value of the free runner will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Single Invoice Requirement: The AED 1999 purchase must be made within a single invoice during the offer period. Multiple invoices cannot be combined to qualify for this promotion.
