Can I still get a refund with a free home trial?
Yes of course – our regular returns policy applies, even after a free home trial. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your carpet, request a refund within 14 days and we’ll happily refund the carpet price. Please note that carpets must be returned unused and in their original packaging, and you’ll need to include proof of purchase.
